Looking for a Field Engineer responsible for every moment from when a robot arrives at a customer's store to the day it's running reliably — and for building trust in Li.fizz from the first meeting with the store owner.
주요업무
- Travel to new stores for bartender robot installation and commissioning — water, drain, and power line connections plus operational tests
- Train store owners on usage and maintenance after installation
- Periodic inspections at operating stores and rapid on-site response to faults and abnormalities
- Replace parts and update firmware in collaboration with HQ R&D
- Document installation reports and inspection histories; contribute to manual and SOP improvements
- Manage parts and consumables inventory and coordinate shipping schedules
자격요건
- Education: Any
- Experience: Any
- Class 1 or Class 2 standard driver's license (the role involves frequent travel)
- Able to communicate smoothly with store owners and the HQ team
- Willing to grow beyond field experience and expand your own scope of work
